Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain employee files for NA employees.
• Process data changes in Workday while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
• Support HR inquiries and provide timely employee service.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and projects.
