Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in project management and excellent communication.
• A degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate the work schedules of team members, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including scheduling and timekeeping.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
