Job summary

MS Shift, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Team Lead / Project Manager with production experience to lead a skilled support and project management team, developing and overseeing work plans.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver results. The role also emphasizes mentoring staff and driving performance through clear direction and accountability.

A strong background in web technologies and software platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience supporting web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle work pressure.
• Experience coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support team to excellence.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Build and develop the tech support team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Success and Development to streamline company goals.
• Coach and mentor team members and coordinate application of software releases.
