Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager, OCM Communications to design and execute change communications across IT-led deployments, ensuring stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle.

You will partner with BRMs, project managers, SMEs, and leadership to align messaging with business goals, manage multi-channel communications, and drive adoption metrics through readiness and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT/OCM deployment experience.
• Preferred: experience in a global organization, cross-functional and remote teams, phased/global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Execute OCM communication plans aligned to project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Establish and manage communication cadence aligned with deployment milestones and leadership expectations.
• Manage communications intake and tracking, ensuring governance alignment with deployment milestones.
• Create and manage multi-channel communications including emails, newsletters, SharePoint/Teams content, and leadership presentations.
• Produce end-user communications, adoption and readiness messaging, and stakeholder updates.
