Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio, seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead strategic change initiatives and enterprise transformations. As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager, you are responsible for leading the people side of change for strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide transformations. This role requires experience, expertise and balance in both strategy and execution pull-through from intake thru adoption. The role will be accountable for the design and execution of change strategies that enable adoption, sustainment, and realization of business outcomes. The OCM Manager partners closely with IT leadership, business leaders, program teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and embedded into daily operations and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong background in ERP implementations and manufacturing background strongly preferred.
