Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager, OCM Communications to design and execute change communications across IT-led deployments, ensuring stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle.
You will partner with BRMs, project managers, SMEs, and leadership to align messaging with business goals, manage multi-channel communications, and drive adoption metrics through readiness and feedback loops.
The Project Manager, OCM Communications plays a key role in driving user awareness, engagement, and adoption across IT-led projects and deployments. This role is responsible for designing and executing effective communication strategies that support organizational change initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle. As part of the BRM and OCM function, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging aligned with business goals and Vertiv standards. The role contributes directly to successful adoption outcomes, measured through communication effectiveness, user readiness, and feedback mechanisms, and serves as the single point of accountability for OCM communications execution across assigned initiatives. This role supports the BRM Sr. Manager, OCM & Deployments, by leading communications workstreams across key projects/programs.
