Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking an Project Manager for OCM Communications to drive user awareness, engagement, and adoption across IT-led initiatives. You will design and execute multi-channel communications, align with leadership, and ensure readiness through the change lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing plans, governance, and collaboration with BRMs, PMs, SMEs, and senior leaders to achieve adoption metrics and impactful messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience with a focus on OCM / Deployment.

Responsibilities

• Execute OCM communication plans aligned to project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Establish and manage communication cadence aligned with deployment milestones and leadership expectations.
• Collaborate with BRMs, PMs, SMEs, and leadership to gather requirements and validate messaging.
• Own and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites as centralized communication hubs.
• Track and report on communication effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Support readiness and go-live communications and post-deployment reinforcement.
