Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a driven IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, manage projects, and strengthen the IT control framework in a fast-paced, multi-location environment based in Houston.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, 2+ years with Okta or IAM platforms, and hands-on experience with AD, M365, Entra, and Exchange. You will collaborate closely with executives and third-party partners to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT operations.
2+ years implementing and maintaining Okta or comparable IAM platforms.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange.
On-site infrastructure experience and ability to work in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day IT operations and support critical systems and users.
Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, addressing risks and blockers.
Improve IT security and privacy operations in coordination with security teams.
Maintain and evolve the Okta identity platform and RBAC progression.
Coordinate with executive teams and third-party IT partners to support business needs.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards and controls.
Document IT processes and refine workflows.
