Job summary

95 Percent Group is seeking a Manager, IT to lead and hands-on manage the company’s IT operations from Lincolnshire, IL. You’ll oversee infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity programs while growing a high-performing team.

You will drive the IT automation roadmap, manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and ensure SOC 2 controls and procurement processes align with business goals. This hybrid, on-site role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT management, IT operations, or systems administration, including direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting and provisioning both Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience implementing or managing DSPM and DLP security tooling.
• Experience operating in a SOC 2 environment with audit support.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments and cloud-based apps.
• Experience supporting internal/external software development in public cloud environments.
• Strong IT security knowledge: access control, MDM, patching, endpoint protection.
• Experience with Okta and Keeper for IAM/credential management.
• Ability to design IT automation initiatives and lead modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the IT support function, including ticket queue oversight, SLA adherence, and escalation handling using our ticketing platform (SolarWinds).
• Hire, coach, and manage IT support staff; set priorities and hold the team accountable to service standards.
• Own end-to-end provisioning for new hires and equipment lifecycle across Windows and Mac environments.
• Gather and validate requirements for IT projects; develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Maintain and support cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and SOC 2 compliance controls.
• Administer Okta and Keeper; support planning of SASE/ZTNA network security architecture.
• Own software licensing management and provisioning; maintain license inventory.
• Maintain reporting infrastructure with Azure Fabric and Power BI dashboards.
• Lead budget planning and cost management for hardware, software, and services.
• Build IT automation roadmap (on/offboarding, zero-touch provisioning) and drive adoption.
