Job summary

indiGO Auto Group in Houston seeks a driven IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations, lead projects, and advance a scalable, secure IT program. You will collaborate with the executive team and store leaders to translate strategy into reliable solutions that support our dealerships and customers.

You will drive IT security, identity management (Okta), and policy compliance while partnering with Pon Security and OEM teams to push digital innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations supporting business-critical systems and users.
• 2+ years implementing Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Experience in production IT environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange.
• Hands-on experience with on-site infrastructure and networking closets.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to undergo drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team in Houston to support business needs through IT solutions.
• Lead IT projects from initiation through completion and manage risks.
• Own and improve IT security and privacy operations with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Pon Security for security alignment and controls.
• Manage Okta identity platform, MFA, and RBAC progression.
• Ensure policy and controls compliance across IT operations.
• Oversee third-party IT service providers and SLAs.
• Educate employees on IT best practices and daily applications.
• Document processes and refine workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with OEM digital counterparts on innovations.
