Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years of IT leadership, hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, GCC High, NIST controls, and SAP integrations, and the ability to manage cross‑functional programs with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of progressive IT experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing IT personnel.
• Experience in regulated industries such as government contracting or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and technical support across the organization.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, compliance, and risk management activities.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans and testing.
• Coordinate IT deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations with ERP systems like SAP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
