Job summary

The Raymond Group is seeking an IT Manager to oversee daily technology operations from our Orange, CA office. You will bridge strategic planning with hands-on problem solving, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability across multiple sites and remote jobsites.

You will lead an internal IT team, optimize infrastructure for construction workflows, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to support company growth and continuity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience with 2+ years mentoring or supervising personnel.
• Multi-site operations experience supporting distributed offices, remote employees, and field personnel.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure including security, cloud, servers, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and align technology with construction workflows.
• Lead and develop a four-person IT team in a hands-on management style.
• Design and deploy reliable field connectivity and mobile device tooling for remote jobsites.
