Job summary

The Raymond Group in Orange, CA is seeking a proactive IT Manager to oversee daily technology operations and align systems with our construction workflows. You will lead an internal IT team across multiple offices and remote jobsites, ensuring reliable network connectivity, security, and scalable infrastructure.

You will drive strategic IT initiatives, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and report to executive leadership on technology improvements and risk.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to align IT with construction workflows and operations.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract management skills.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise security, BC/DR planning, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud and enterprise infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, security systems, and budget.
• Lead a four-person IT team with hands-on problem solving.
• Design and deploy reliable network infrastructure for field sites.
• Manage technology purchases, contracts, and external vendors.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and maintain IT standards and system documentation.
• Manage IT projects and implementation timelines with leadership.
