Job summary

SprintRay Inc. in Los Angeles, CA seeks an IT Manager – Enterprise Systems & ERP Migration to lead ERP data migration programs and oversee SAP/Oracle migrations, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, or migrating a major ERP platform — SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA or Oracle ERP (Fusion)
• 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership with 3+ years in management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
• Cloud architecture, network engineering, and cybersecurity strategy expertise
• Experience administering/integrating enterprise platforms including SAP/Oracle ERP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and Google Workspace
• Proven data migration leadership including at least one SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud ERP migration
• Ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing IT teams
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology roadmaps
• Strong PM skills for migration cutovers/go-lives
• Excellent communication/presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT team, including hiring, performance reviews, mentoring, and professional development
• Define and execute IT/enterprise systems strategy and roadmap, incl. SAP S/4HANA/Oracle Fusion migrations
• Architect data migration methodology and governance across multi-wave programs
• Oversee systems, infrastructure, and platforms to ensure compliance with SOPs and best practices
• Own cybersecurity posture, including policy development and incident response planning
• Manage IT budgets, hardware/software licensing, and vendor contracts
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and data migration tooling
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning
• Develop and enforce IT policies and governance frameworks
• Plan and oversee system automation, migrations, and go-live execution
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex systems issues
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders for high-quality migration deliverables
• Manage IT/ERP project portfolios with resource/risk management
• Provide regular leadership reporting on IT performance and migration status
