Contribute to the IT roadmap and multi-year budget planning process. Stay current on emerging technologies and drive adoption of innovations that deliver competitive advantage.
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications — ERP, CRM, custom solutions, and other business-critical platforms. Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of all systems and infrastructure. Manage vendor and external partner relationships for software, integrations, and support services.
Lead and mentor a team of four developers, architects, and QA professionals. Establish and enforce best practices for development methodologies, coding standards, and quality assurance. Manage the project portfolio — ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Recruit, develop, and retain top IT talent. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide meaningful coaching and feedback. Create career development pathways that keep high performers engaged and growing.
Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Support to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to non-technical business stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between IT and all business units.
10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing systems and development teams. Proven experience managing large-scale ERP and CRM platforms across the full lifecycle. Deep knowledge of system architecture, databases, networking, and security principles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectural approaches strongly preferred. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling. Strong project portfolio management skills — scope, budget, timeline, and quality. Change management expertise; ability to lead organizational and technical transformation. Exceptional communication skills — able to translate technical complexity for executive and business audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
