Job summary

Transtech Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation to own end-to-end ERP initiatives across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Reporting. You will lead the ERP roadmap, governance, data migration, integrations, and multi-wave transformations, coordinating stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

7–12+ years of ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep experience with IFS ERP.
Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners.
Experience in applying AI for project management workflows within ERP.
Hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience.
Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP roadmap, governance model, and prioritization of enhancements.
Translate business strategy into ERP capabilities and improvement priorities.
Define and enforce ERP configuration standards and governance across units.
Lead data migration, integration, validation, and cutover planning for deployments.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects, and Supply Chain leaders to design future-state processes.
Drive change management, training, and adoption across sites and functions.
Oversee post-go-live support, optimization, and ongoing integrations.
