Job summary

SprintRay is seeking an IT Manager for Enterprise Systems and ERP migration in Los Angeles, onsite. You will lead a team of ERP specialists and data migration experts, drive SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud ERP migrations, and set the modernization strategy across finance, procurement, and manufacturing functions.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, extensive IT leadership, and the ability to align technology with business goals while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP migration experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA or Oracle ERP.
• Progressive IT leadership with 3+ years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong cloud, cyber, and enterprise platform integration knowledge.
• Experience budgeting, vendor contracts, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and develop engineers, ERP specialists, and support staff.
• Define IT strategy and roadmap including ERP migration initiatives.
• Govern data migration methods, tooling, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee SAP/Oracle ERP environments for compliance and performance.
• Own cybersecurity posture including policy, risk, and training.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate new tech and manage migration tooling and partnerships.
• Ensure system availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Report IT performance and migration status to executives.
