Job summary
Liberty Bank in New Orleans is seeking an IT Manager / Architect to provide strategic leadership for technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. You will act as CIO's delegate for technology strategy, partnering with business leaders and vendors to drive secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Microsoft Certified: Azure solutions architect expert and CISSP certifications preferred.
- Proven IT leader with 7+ years of progressive technology experience, including management of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology operations; banking/financial services experience preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, storage, backup technologies, and cloud architecture.
- Design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise infrastructure environments while driving operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Skilled in cybersecurity, identity and access management, disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and firewall administration with risk/regulatory compliance understanding
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Department's daily operations for help desk, systems administration, infrastructure, and network security.
- Drive infrastructure strategy by designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable technology environments including cloud services and cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and execute technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Direct disaster recovery and business continuity programs with recovery plans and testing.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices; mentor staff and align tech solutions with goals.
