Job summary

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure availability, security, and utility of technology systems for a nationwide health and human services organization with about one thousand end users.

You will report to the CIO/CTO and lead a team of cloud engineers while collaborating with operations leaders on DevOps, networking, and data security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting the Microsoft technology stack.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications including DevOps, GitHub, Azure, and Fabric.
• Understanding of enterprise networking – including design, security, configuration and support.
• Experience establishing and maintaining cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work with organizational leaders, IT professionals, and end users.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of data security standards and regulations, including SOC, HIPAA and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and collaborate on design, development, and deployment of effective solutions.
• Deliver DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment of new capabilities.
• Evaluate technology processes to identify value, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Partner with the CIO/CTO to ensure data security and system resiliency.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Create and document standardized repeatable processes with supporting procedures.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of technology assets and resources.
• Ensure end user and technology support processes are consistent across HQ and business units.
• Contribute to disaster recovery / business continuity programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers and administrators.
