Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks a full-time Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure availability, security, and usability of technology systems for a nationwide dispersed user base. You will report to the CIO/CTO and guide a team of cloud engineers, coordinating with operations and security teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes DevOps enablement, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting the Microsoft technology stack.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications, including DevOps, GitHub, Azure, and Fabric.
• Understanding of enterprise networking—design, security, configuration and support.
• Experience establishing and maintaining cloud-based environments.
• Ability to collaborate with organizational leaders, IT professionals, and end users.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of data security standards and regulations, including SOC, HIPAA and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and design effective solutions.
• Deliver DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment.
• Evaluate technology processes to identify efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Work with the CIO/CTO to ensure data security and system resiliency.
• Monitor system performance and drive optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Document standardized, repeatable processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and resources.
• Standardize end-user and technology support across locations.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers and administrators.
