Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks an Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure availability, security and usefulness of tech systems for a nationwide health and human services organization. You will lead a dispersed team of cloud engineers and administrators, partner with operations leaders, and drive DevOps initiatives to accelerate development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting Microsoft tech
• Deep knowledge of MS applications including DevOps, GitHub, Azure, Fabric
• Understanding of enterprise networking design, security, configuration and support
• Experience in creating and maintaining cloud-based environments
• Ability to work with organizational leaders, IT professionals and end users
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of data security standards and regulations (SOC, HIPAA, NIST)

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and design, develop, and deploy solutions
• Deliver DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment
• Evaluate technology processes to identify efficiency gains and cost savings
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners
• Collaborate with the CISO to ensure data security and resiliency
• Monitor system performance and drive optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Document standardized repeatable processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and resources
• Ensure consistent end-user and tech support across HQ and units
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity programs
• Lead, mentor, and develop cloud engineers and administrators
