Job summary

Northeast Bank is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead a diverse IT organization, overseeing infrastructure, applications, cloud services, automation, and information security. • Demonstrated hands-on leadership of IT staff and vendors.
• Experience with on-premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments.
• Strong incident response, project delivery, and audit support skills.
• Ability to document, communicate, and lead through complex outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff across infrastructure, apps, security, and operations.
• Provide hands-on administration for servers, networks, endpoints, virtualization, and banking apps.
• Support cloud services with architecture, config, access, monitoring, and cost awareness.
• Develop automation and IaC to improve efficiency and controls.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and manage projects from planning to deployment.
