Qualifications

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Proven IT leadership with 7+ years managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations.
Strong technical expertise in Azure, M365, Windows Server, AD, virtualization, networking, and storage.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise environments.
Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT department operations including help desk, systems, and security teams.
Design and maintain secure, scalable technology environments and cloud services.
Drive modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Establish IT governance, policies, and mentoring for staff.
