Job summary

You will coach teams, manage cross-functional delivery, and ensure alignment with strategy and architecture.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and a focus on measurable value, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management of IT teams delivering business-critical solutions.
• Experience planning, tracking, and reporting technology delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading Agile teams and cloud modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery aligned with enterprise standards and architecture.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning.
• Oversee requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support.
