Job summary

RLI Insurance Company seeks an experienced IT leader to guide delivery, modernization, and ongoing support of business-critical technology solutions, including Duck Creek Billing and Policy platforms and related integrations.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to translate priorities into technology outcomes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with architecture and strategy while coaching teams for high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience leading teams or delivering projects, or equivalent education/experience.
