Job summary

RLI Insurance Company in Peoria, AZ seeks a Senior IT leader to drive delivery and modernization of critical technology, including Duck Creek Billing and Policy platforms, payment solutions, and cross‑functional Agile work streams. You will align priorities with business goals and guide enterprise architecture and cloud initiatives.

You will develop and coach IT professionals, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure high‑value outcomes across complex data migrations and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading/managing teams or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with managers, stakeholders, IT customers, vendors and partners.
• Oversee delivery, planning and reporting of technology projects and initiatives.
• Drive platform modernization and cloud transformation efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams and ensure quality delivery.
• Develop and coach IT professionals to improve performance and skills.
