Job summary

indiGO Auto Group in Houston is seeking a highly organized Corporate HR Administrator to support HR initiatives across our growing organization. The role provides centralized administrative and project support to the HR Manager and leadership, handling compliant recordkeeping, recruiting posting maintenance, and data validation.

You will help with benefits projects, training tracking, reporting, and communications across dealerships, while keeping employee resources current and streamlining HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous HR Internship or HR Administrator experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Open to learning and adapting to change.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized administrative and project support for the HR function.
• Track employment-related legal escalations and coordinate HR initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting platforms and job postings across sites.
• Support reporting and presentations for HR initiatives.
• Assist with benefits-related projects and annual audits as needed.
• Streamline department operations and strengthen HR communications.
• Keep employee-facing resources current and accessible.
• Support safety and compliance training across locations as needed.
