Job summary

S:US in New York City is seeking an IT Infrastructure support professional to join the IT Infrastructure Operations team. The role reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and oversees asset management, equipment life cycle, and logistics processes across the agency.

You will work in a detail-oriented, organized environment, perform data cleanup, provide timely reporting, and support users with occasional after-hours help. This role is in-person, requiring daily office presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college preferred).
• 3+ years of experience directly related to the duties.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, MS 365 software, CRM solutions and Purchase Order Software.
• Strong soft, time management, proactiveness, initiative skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a high paced team atmosphere and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assets
• Responsible for the full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring of equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keeping
• Independently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reporting
• Provide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices. This may include off standard hours support.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support. Track issues via department tracking CRM system
