Quant Capital in New York is seeking an IT Logistics and Asset Management Specialist to support critical infrastructure across offices, data centres and colocation sites. This hands-on role sits close to infrastructure, procurement and operations, coordinating movement and deployment of technical equipment to ensure on-time, well‑documented deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics or related fields, with IT/infrastructure or data centre experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain or project coordination experience.
• Background in IT, infrastructure or data centre environments is useful.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience managing vendors and third‑party services.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Organised, urgent and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
• Clear communicator with good stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment across offices, warehouses, data centres and colos
• Control inventory, track assets and manage lifecycle
• Plan deliveries, call-offs, installs and deployments
• Manage vendors, logistics providers and site contacts
• Handle customs and international shipments
• Improve processes across logistics, warehouse and asset workflows
• Coordinate with procurement and infra teams to flag issues early
