Job summary

S:US is seeking a detail-oriented IT Infrastructure logistics specialist to join the IT Team in our New York office. You will develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control programs, fulfill accurate and timely processing of staff orders, and maintain asset management for existing assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, MS 365 software,CRM solutions and Purchase Order Software
• Possess strong soft, time management, proactiveness, initiative skills
• Ability to work effectively within a high paced team atmosphere and manage multiple projects
• Position requires daily in office work M-F
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assets
• Responsible for the full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring of equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keeping
• Independently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reporting
• Provide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices. This may include off standard hours support.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support. Track issues via department tracking CRM system
