Job summary

S:US is seeking a detail-oriented IT Logistics Support Specialist in New York to join the IT Infrastructure team. You will manage asset lifecycles, process staff orders, and maintain asset inventories in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include implementing logistics policies, tracking equipment, and providing timely IT support to users, including after-hours as needed. Strong MS Office and CRM/PO software experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college preferred for related field.
• 3+ years’ experience related to duties and responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and CRM/Purchase Order software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assets
• Responsible for full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keeping
• Independently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reporting
• Provide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices; may include off standard hours support
• Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support; track issues via department tracking CRM system
