Job summary

S:US is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional in Niagara Falls, NY to join the IT team. You will support various logistics processes, asset life cycle, and staff IT needs from the in-office location.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Daily in-office work Monday through Friday and occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience related to the duties.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM solutions and PO software.
• Strong soft, time management, proactive initiative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team and manage multiple projects.
• Position requires daily in-office work Mon–Fri.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of staff orders; maintain asset management for assigned assets.
• Full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring equipment/assets; troubleshoot and record keep.
• Perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, timely reporting.
• Provide end-user support agency-wide, diagnosing and remediating issues, including after-hours support as needed.
• Respond to calls, emails, and in-person requests; track issues via CRM system.
