Essen Health Care is hiring for an IT Asset & Infrastructure Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end asset lifecycle, deployments, licenses, and endpoint tools. You will support network uptime, device provisioning, and vendor coordination across 50+ locations in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., Asset Panda)
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools (JAMF Pro, Ninja, Absolute)
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and enterprise device provisioning
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Meraki, UptimeRobot)
• Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes
• Knowledge of license lifecycle management
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tools and workflows simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from provisioning to disposal with audit readiness
• Administer asset tracking using Asset Panda and other systems
• Oversee device enrollment, patching, and endpoint security
• Maintain software license tracking and optimize usage to reduce costs
• Plan and execute device deployments and refresh cycles across sites
• Coordinate shipments/logistics with UPS and Verizon Wireless
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and contracts are met
• Monitor infrastructure health using Meraki Dashboard and Uptime Robot
• Maintain documentation across SharePoint and asset systems
