Zusammenfassung

Doppel is seeking an IT Manager to lead the team and systems supporting its distributed workforce across New York and San Francisco offices. You will set IT priorities, coach the team, and own identity, endpoint, SaaS, and office technology foundations to scale the company.

You will collaborate with Security on protection measures and drive vendor management, budgets, and process improvements while delivering reliable IT service and support globally.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 5 years of experience leading an IT team with coaching and performance improvement.
• Hands-on corporate IT in a cloud-first, high-growth environment supporting office and remote staff.
• Self-directed with ability to identify gaps and drive projects end-to-end.
• Experience administering identity, endpoint, and device-management platforms (Okta, MDM, macOS).
• Experience running an IT service desk with metrics, docs, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of SaaS administration, licenses, procurement, and vendor management.
• Experience supporting office networks, conference-room tech, and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong collaboration with security teams on endpoint protection and incident response.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, access changes, device deployment, support, and asset recovery for a distributed workforce.
• Run reliable IT service delivery with intake, triage, escalation, metrics, and documentation.
• Administer identity and access in Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycles.
• Manage endpoint fleet with Jamf, device standards, inventory, patching, and replacement planning.
• Oversee SaaS administration, license management, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain office tech for New York and San Francisco, including connectivity and AV systems.
• Create repeatable processes and automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Partner with Security on endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, renewals, procurement, and roadmap planning; report risks to leadership.
