Job summary

People Data Labs is seeking a fully remote IT & Security leader to own the project roadmap, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure security is embedded across product, engineering, and departments.

In this role, you’ll maintain audit-ready security/compliance processes, manage authentication and disaster recovery, and oversee vendor relationships. We offer unlimited PTO, stock, comprehensive benefits, and the freedom to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing an IT, Security, or Technical Operations team.
• 3+ years in a fully remote environment.
• Working knowledge of AWS security, SSO, identity providers, and compliance automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT & Security project roadmap and prioritization for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with product, engineering, and departments on shared security initiatives.
• Maintain structured, automated, and audit-ready security and compliance processes.
• Oversee company-wide authentication, access management, and disaster recovery.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals.
