Job summary

Multi-Company Investment and Operations Firm is building its first internal IT function and seeks an IT leader to guide integration across a portfolio of businesses. You will run IT workstreams for acquisitions, create Day 1–100 playbooks, and maintain tool inventories.

You will design joiner/mover/leaver workflows, oversee external providers, and consolidate licenses while ensuring strong IAM using Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or JumpCloud. Remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of IT operations experience, including at least three years in IT leadership.
• Experience supporting multiple companies or clients and owning acquisition IT integration.
• Strong identity and access management skills with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or JumpCloud.

• Serve as the first dedicated IT leader for a holding company and its portfolio.
• Partner with a fractional senior IT advisor and managed service provider.

Compensation:

• Base salary range $140,000 to $175,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus.
• Remote within the United States.
