• - Lead IT strategy, operations, and service delivery for a global, remote-first security company, overseeing Help Desk, Corporate Systems, and Infrastructure teams.
• - Own secure, reliable technology experiences including endpoint management, identity and access, collaboration tools, and employee onboarding.
