Doppel is a rapidly scaling cybersecurity company building an AI-native platform for social engineering defense. The Lead IT role will partner with security on endpoint protection and identity controls, guiding the team that spans across offices and a remote workforce to keep systems secure and productive.

You will run reliable IT service delivery, own identity and access in Okta, endpoint management with Jamf, and governance of SaaS tools while coaching staff and aligning with leaders across

• Approximately 5 years of experience leading an IT team in a cloud-first, high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, MDM, macOS, and IT service desk operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees and leaders across the company.
