The Lead IT role will partner with security on endpoint protection and identity controls, guiding the team that spans across offices and a remote workforce to keep systems secure and productive.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience leading an IT team in a cloud-first, high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, MDM, macOS, and IT service desk operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees and leaders across the company.

Responsibilities

• Run reliable IT service delivery including intake, triage, escalation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage identity and access in Okta, endpoint fleet with Jamf, and SaaS administration and governance.
• Partner with Security on endpoint protection, identity controls, and incident response.
