Job summary

Social Finance seeks an Associate Director of Information Technology to own our technology environment and lead critical business applications. You will work with an MSP to ensure a best-in-class user experience while owning system configurations, data structures and reporting.

Your work spans Sage Intacct, Rippling, Affinity and Salesforce to empower leaders with timely insights. You will develop fluency in the data flows across Finance, Talent, Partnerships and programs, build dashboards, and

Qualifications

• Own the technology environment and portfolio of business applications.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards for multiple departments.
• Lead administration of core systems with MSP collaboration.
• Write SQL against reporting sources and utilize system APIs where needed.
• Evaluate and onboard new platforms; manage licenses and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own our technology environment and the portfolio of business apps, maintaining inventory, owners, integrations, renewals and costs.
• Act as administrator for Sage Intacct, Rippling and Affinity;
• Build customized reports and dashboards for Finance, Talent, Partnerships and programs; write SQL against Sage Intacct sources; train users.
• Serve as technical counterpart for Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint, Qualtrics and Adobe;
• Lead Rippling phase two, including accounts payable migration and Sage Intacct integration;
• Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and retire duplicate tools; manage licenses with Finance and Legal.
