Job summary

Manufacturers Alliance is seeking a hands-on IT/Business Systems Associate Director to join our Operations Support team. You’ll own IT projects centered on Salesforce/Fonteva, improve data quality, and build reports that empower leaders across functions.

You’ll lead project plans, manage scope and risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while reporting to the VP of Finance and Operations. The role offers remote-friendly work with periodic in-person meetings near Rosslyn, VA.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience managing systems and projects.
• At least 2 years administering Salesforce/Fonteva and reporting tools.
• Clear communicator with strong analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for Salesforce/Fonteva AMS and data management.
• Maintain high data quality and structure it for future use.
• Help staff build and run reports.
• Own project plans, timelines, and team roles.
• Run meetings, manage scope, and track risks.
• Keep everyone updated with clear documentation.
• Present updates to stakeholders and resolve issues smoothly.
• Support platforms like HubSpot, Outreach, and Survey Monkey.
• Create training tools and support onboarding.
