Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a Manager, Finance Systems to lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our finance technology stack. You will partner with Finance leadership to document processes, train end users, and ensure accuracy across COA and data mappings.

You will implement APIs between Sage and other finance systems, build dashboards, and drive cross-functional projects to improve efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems and related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Technology Help Desk and Software Development.
• 3+ years of experience in the non-profit sector, government, or start up.
• 3+ years of Lean Agile or other business process transformation experience.
• The SnowPro Associate: Platform Certification.

Mansioni

• Configure and maintain Sage ERP/Accounting System, Jira, low-code expense management software (Tipalti and Bill) and Finance Wiki.
• Develop and maintain Jira SOP process detailing project workflows and ticket handling.
• Develop dashboards to manage workload across the systems team.
• Work cross-functionally to build a database to be a source of truth for all Charts of Accounts.
• Create and update annual COA finance system update processes and documentation.
• Create and maintain the finance systems data flow diagram and data mappings.
• Configure APIs between Sage and other finance information systems.
• Work cross-functionally to analyze and improve solutions.
• Manage business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies.
• Design and document finance system & workflow procedures.
• Partner with IT and procurement to evaluate and select cost-effective systems.
• Supervise and coach a small system support team.
