Job summary

Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc. seeks a Finance Systems Manager to own the strategy of the data and reporting ecosystem, building platforms, dashboards, and self-service tools that turn complex financial data into clear insight across the business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the technology, guide a team, and shape Finance operations. You will lead the Finance Systems & Reporting team, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and align KPI

Qualifications

BS/IT or related field required with strong finance systems background.
Experience with SAP Datasphere, Azure Data Lake and SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
Proficient in data modeling, warehousing, governance and reporting frameworks.
Ability to lead a team and translate complex needs to solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and development of Finance's data platform and reporting accuracy.
Build dashboards and self-service analytics for finance teams.
Serve as business owner for SAP Datasphere, Azure Data Lake, and related systems.
Lead and mentor the Finance Systems & Reporting team.
