Job summary

Hines is seeking a Sr. Associate, Enterprise Applications to own and advance a portfolio of business-critical technology platforms. You will partner across IT and business functions to improve performance, drive integrations, and deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead a team of admins/analysts, manage deployments from discovery through rollout, and ensure governance, security, and data quality across systems. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong IT delivery experience.
• 8+ years of IT or enterprise applications delivery experience.
• 5+ years supervising admins, analysts, or outsourced partners.
• Ownership of enterprise SaaS or business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise applications including roadmap, configuration, adoption, performance, lifecycle, controls, and improvement.
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into application strategies and measurable delivery plans.
• Supervise administrators and analysts, guiding team members.
• Lead implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and cross-functional projects from discovery to stabilization.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, data, security, and support to ensure reliable APIs and data flows.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and coordinate vendor resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships, roadmaps, licensing, and enhancements.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities (AI, low-code, automation) for governance and business use cases.
• Champion data quality, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
