Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the delivery of software and enterprise technology solutions, driving modern architecture and cloud adoption across the SDLC. You will collaborate with senior clients up to the C-suite and cross-functional teams to shape and realize business outcomes.

The role requires deep engineering leadership, strong hands-on background across languages (Java, Go, Scala, Python), and experience with Agentic AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NA Banking sector segments (e.g. Core Banking, Payment Systems, Regulatory Frameworks, Risk Management)
• Experience influencing senior client stakeholders up to C-suite and building client advocates across levels
• Mature PoV on NA FS topics with a revenue-focused strategy
• Experience delivering Digital Business Transformation for Financial Services using modern tech and methodologies
• Ability to structure work and drive solution options at different RFP stages
• End-to-end delivery experience from ideation to value realization
