Job summary

Social Finance seeks an Associate Director of Information Technology to own our technology environment, manage applications, and drive data-driven decision making. You’ll partner with an MSP to ensure secure, scalable services and oversee systems like Sage Intacct, Rippling, and Affinity, building SQL reports and dashboards for finance, talent, and partnerships.

Qualifications

At least five years of IT user support experience and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Experience leading an IT support or helpdesk function preferred.
Familiarity with financial/CRM platforms and data reporting is a strong plus.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and multiple system integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee a portfolio of business applications, maintain inventory and renewal data.
Administer Sage Intacct, Rippling, and Affinity; build reports and train users.
Develop SQL-based reports across systems and collaborate with MSP for on-going support.
Drive integration of systems, data integrity, and security across departments.
