Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent in training and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Alaska driver's license required.
• A+, Microsoft, Network+ or other similar technical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director with supervision of PC staff and support software.
• Provide timely technical solutions to internal and external customers.
• Track metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory and asset management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain IT communications among staff.
• Manage desktop and software updates to protect patient data.
• Research and recommend desktop hardware and management systems.
• Assist with policies, procedures, and vendor relations.
• Other duties as assigned.
