OrthoAlaska, LLC seeks an Information Systems Director to lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple clinics. You will supervise IT staff, manage critical clinical systems (NextGen, PACS), and coordinate interfaces with labs and hospitals.

The role requires expertise in IT governance, vendor management, and project delivery in a healthcare setting, with on-site leadership across Alaska locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Master's degree (MIS, MBA, or health informatics) preferred.
• 7+ years in IT with 3+ years supervising IT staff; healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for OrthoAlaska, LLC and manage the IT team.
• Oversee availability, upgrades, and vendor support for EHR and practice management systems (NextGen) and PACS/NovaRAD.
• Coordinate HL7 interfaces with labs, imaging, hospitals, and health information exchanges; lead interface troubleshooting.
• Manage networks, servers, telephony, Microsoft 365, endpoints, and backup systems; ensure security and disaster recovery.
• Plan and deliver IT projects within budget and schedule; manage vendor contracts and budgets; report status to COO.
