Job summary

Confie is seeking a Field Technician to monitor, maintain, and support networked systems. You will provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot software and hardware, and resolve IT-related issues across the organization.

Responsibilities include configuring PCs/printers, supporting Active Directory/Windows domain issues, and performing proactive maintenance. Travel up to 50% and occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Field technician experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with Cisco networking.
• Strong Windows 10 proficiency.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot applications and software.
• Serve as point of contact within IT Operations to assist end-users.
• Help users with IT-related issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform PC, printer, and scanner configuration and installation.
• Troubleshoot software and network issues, including basic Active Directory/Windows domain issues.
• Perform proactive maintenance on PCs and printers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Meet or exceed performance criteria.
