The candidate will maintain security compliance, manage inventory, document processes, and travel as needed to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems and security concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and SSL certificates.
• Desktop repair/installation and software deployment.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, subnets, VLAN).
• Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support for desktop systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and documentation.
• Manage inventory and procurement of IT hardware and licensing.
• Maintain security tooling and malware protection.
• Oversee system operations including LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and backups.
• Travel to other locations as needed and adjust to business needs.
